程清蓉,博士,教授,硕士生导师。主要研究方向:(1)医药中间体合成;(2) 功能配合物;(3)无机-有机纳米杂材料光催化剂;(4)磷石膏及磷尾矿资源化利用。作为负责人主持国家自然基金项目1项(基于二苯氧基四氮大环配合物为支架的分子导线的可控合成及性质研究,21301131),湖北省自然科学基金项目1项(大环多胺配合物用作NO清除剂的合成及性质研究,2013CFB313),湖北企业合作项目多项(低聚合度聚磷酸铵的合成研究等),作为主要完成人参与湖北省自然科学重点项目1项(除草剂氯氟吡氧十二酯的合成工艺研究),参与并完成国家科技支撑计划2项:中低品位难选胶磷矿高效绿色选矿技术研究及示范(2011BAB08B01),难采选胶磷矿高效开发利用关键技术及工程示范(2013BAB07B01);湖北省重大科技创新计划项目2项:硅钙质低品位胶磷矿常温正反浮选技术开发(2015ACA057)1项,高镁尾矿生产氯化镁和石膏晶须关键技术(2018ACA154)。2022年获得湖北省科技进步二等奖1项。在Dalton Trans.,Applied Catalysis B, Enviromenal,Polyhdron,J. Coord.Chem.,Inorg. Chem. Commun.等外文期刊以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文约30余篇。获国家发明专利3项。在培养员工方面,指导并完成近十项董事长基金和多项本科生互联网+竞赛项目,并获BEAT365唯一官网银奖2项,毕业员工中4人获得BEAT365唯一官网优秀硕士论文,其中获得国家奖学金2人,获BEAT365唯一官网优秀硕士研究生2人。
